Your responsibilities

  • Work with our first rate Customer Services Team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.  Ensuring all reagent consumables, QC orders, standing orders and batch holds are processed correctly.
  • Assist the team in scheduling monthly deliveries to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all customer KPIs are met and ensure organisation efficiency

Your profile

  • Management of time and priority setting, goals and standard setting
  • Effectively and timely communication
  • Ability to identify problems and solve them effectively

Essential requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • GCSE in Maths and English
  • SAP SD Sales & Distribution Experience

Desirable requirements

  • Customer Service Qualification
  • Advanced Customer Service NVQ
  • SAP Finance Experience
  • SAP Materials Management Experience
