The XT-V haematology analysers utilize the proven XT analysis platform with software designed specifically for multi-species testing. The XT-1800iV analyser provides a full CBC and differential for 8 pre-defined species (monkey, rat, mouse, dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig and horse) whilst the XT-2000iV can perform CBC, differential and reticulocyte analysis on these same animal types. Both analysers also provide a ’Manual Analysis’ capability allowing the user to design gates for other species and for non-blood applications such as BALF analysis.
