Increased productivity and world-class automation technology

SP-1000i

The Sysmex SP-1000i is a fully automated and standardised slide-maker stainer, available as a stand alone unit or as a module for the Sysmex HST-N and EXPERTline. The system offers top quality smears through automatic adjustment to the sample haematocrit followed by high quality staining with May Grunwald and Giemsa. The Sysmex SP-1000i removes a high risk manual process with a safe, high quality reproducible process which offers a rapid turnaround time (120 samples per hour) and produces barcoded smears which can be processed rapidly by the Cellavision automated digital microscope systems.

  • Completely automates your manual procedure saving in staff time and costs. Removes the danger of handling open vial blood specimens
  • Fast enough to cope with all laboratory workloads, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times
  • Reliable reporting of patient results providing confident results to clinicians
  • Minimum disruption to correct procedures
  • Future proofing for further automation within the laboratory
  • Eliminates unnecessary costs and sampling and ensures maximum efficiency and minimum turnaround times
  • Fully Automated Blood Smear Preparation and Staining Machine with independent sampling system.
  • Operates at 120 smears per hour
  • Ultrasound cleaning of the spreader ensures no carryover of cells
  • Supports both Single and Double Staining protocols
  • Barcode printing ensures smears can be transferred to the DM-96 Automated Microscope without the need for subsequent labelling
