We have a dedicated pre-sales ICS consultancy team whose primary role is to help our customers optimise the business efficiency and operational effectiveness of their laboratory set up. We also have an unrivaled team of expert technicians providing both on-site and off-site maintenance and application support to minimise any instrument downtime and provide technical advice and back up to our customers. In additional we are also able to provide a market leading logistics service through our dedicated Sysmex Logistics team and world-class training for our customers through our Sysmex Training Academy team.
