How do you market your products and provide your services?
In Japan, we maintain seven branches and 12 sales offices nationwide, which make up the industry's most comprehensive marketing services network in Japan.
Overseas, we have established subsidiaries in 18 countries (the US, Brazil, Germany, the UK, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Poland, Africa, Switzerland, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India and New Zealand) that supply products tailored to local healthcare needs, expanding our global presence. We are in the process of building up sales and support networks in Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa. We have established our own sales and support network in all of the emerging economies known as BRIC's.

Our products are used in over 150 countries all over the world.

What makes your services and support different from competitors?
The Sysmex Group, including our subsidiaries, provides an extensive global service and support network.
We go beyond simple repair and maintenance services for our instruments; our engineering staff is available to respond to scientific inquiries from our customers regarding test results.
Other initiatives along these lines include IT-based online support and Online QC, an Internet-based service for real-time evaluation of accuracy control data. We will take full advantage of our proprietary know-how in order to provide total solutions that will meet customers' increasingly advanced needs.
