Our dedicated product hotline provides a single point of contact for our customer’s product support requirements. In addition, the support the team can provide includes:
- Writing technical documentation (including Quick Help guides and technical user manuals)
- Scientific papers supported by Sysmex
- CosHH Data sheets
- Package inserts
- SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to be included in your laboratory’s accreditation procedure
- Tools for performance comparison – including Excel spreadsheets to allow data comparison
The Sysmex product team operates as a specialist support network for our customers. We can provide support to help implement changes such as: new applications, reagents or instruments and we can also broker peer-to-peer learning opportunities with other Laboratory specialists should this be necessary and of real benefit for our customers.
