For this reason, Sysmex are able to provide you with a temporary loan instrument or even a partial install of your new equipment., to ensure the process is smooth, from start to finish.

It is our aim to create a partnership with you and your team, delivering the best possible service, tailored to meet your needs. We are dedicated to ensuring you receive the high standard of service and support that Sysmex have become renowned for. 

Your Installation

Sysmex UK provide our customers with a complete project management service for your installation. From the workflow study at the start of the procurement process, professional delivery by our dedicated delivery company, right through to our installation team, who are on hand to provide product and technical support from day one.

Full training will be provided prior to your install and your equipment 'go live' date.

To further aid the smooth transition to Sysmex, or between contracts, we will compile a detailed installation plan to eliminate potential issues before they even arise. The plan will include a full inspection of the delivery area and route for both instrument and reagent deliveries, guaranteeing a problem free delivery, each and every time.
