Sysmex analysers are renowned for their reliability and performance. To ensure you are able to receive the full benefit of our high quality technology, we have an expert team of service engineers who perform regular maintenance procedures. Should you require unplanned support from one of our engineers, we will try to assist you over the phone in the first instance. If a phone-fix is not possible, we will schedule an engineer visit, keeping you informed of their estimated arrival time. Our aim is to ensure minimal disruption and to significantly reduce instrument down-time.

Service Engineers

Our team of 27 service engineers are based locally around the UK and Ireland to ensure we are able to offer the quickest possible repair and maintenance procedures on your Sysmex analysers. The engineers are provided with regular training on all of the latest technology and software upgrades, to maximise their skills and expertise for your benefits.

Our dedicated rapid response service engineer travels by motorcycle to customers in the London area to minimise the impact of traffic congestion on the level of service we provide.
