For most of our roles, we will run assessment days rather than the traditional interviews. We believe in the important of finding the right individual for our culture and a great team fit, rather than just basing our decision on a CV. Our assessment days are a full day experience, however we plan these days to ensure they are as enjoyable as possible, to allow you time to relax and get to know Sysmex! If you are invited to our assessment days, you will get to meet the hiring manager and other colleagues, to provide you with the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like and get to really understand our culture.
