BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or Similar

Training Qualifications

Greater than 5 years’ experience in a laboratory environment or Agenda for Change band >=6

2+ years of commercial environment

A good depth in haematology experience              

Experience of Sysmex Haematology instruments

Technical and logical problem-solving capability.

Experience of Laboratory LIMS systems

Reading and understanding of scientific and technical documentation.

Knowledge of Sysmex instrumentation

Good communicator / negotiator             

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good organisational skills

Experience with Flow Cytometry

Full Driving Licence

Understanding of ISO15189:2022

Experience with vertical and horizontal laboratory audits

Experience with Digital Morphology platforms

This role is eligible for our extensive company benefit package, including the provision of hybrid working!  Please note: Hybrid working will commence after your probation period has been successfully completed.

This role is field based Monday to Friday 9-5.
