Sysmex UK places ‘Exceeding Customer Expectations’ at the centre of our business, around a set of core values that are designed to enable us to achieve this objective. It is critical that we base our decisions and action on our values and ensure that our decisions are not biased or prejudiced.
Sysmex recognises that bribery and corruption harms the societies in which these acts are committed and prevents economic growth and development. We are firmly opposed to such conduct.
Sysmex’s anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy has been adopted by the Sysmex board and is communicated to all relevant persons involved in our organisation to ensure their commitment to it.
Sysmex is bound by the laws of the UK, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of our conduct both in the UK and abroad. We attach the utmost importance to our Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy and will apply a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to acts of bribery and corruption by any of our employees and associated persons, wherever we conduct business.
Integral to our Business Management System (BMS), is the Health and Safety Policy. Sysmex proactively maintains a safe, healthy and pleasant working environment for its employees (whether at Sysmex UK or on customer premises), visitors and general public, thereby fulfilling its obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 (HASAWA).
Sysmex has an Environmental Policy which provides a structure to develop and implement objectives that take in to account the legal requirements and other guidelines to which the organisation subscribes.
